ABOUT ME
I was born and raised on the East Coast (Pennsylvania). I "adulted" in the Pacific Northwest for 21 years after College. I am now creating a life on the Big Island of Hawaii. I have a simple, direct, honest, compassionate and well-rounded approach to life, work and service. My interests are in outdoors... mountains, ocean, sun, moon, stars, plants, animals, walking/hiking, swimming, etc , etc . Simply watching nature be nature. Just like the seasons, we are ever-shifting, ever-changing, ever-growing. I draw on the natural world for a holistic and integrated treatment approach to facilitate a healthy environment for healing to occur in the mind, body, spirit and emotion for mySelf and clients. |
