ABOUT ME

I am an Integrated Physical Therapist. I use a combination of manual therapy techniques (Visceral Manipulation, CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release,  scar and/or soft tissue mobilization) to address the physical restrictions that may impede mobility and ultimately your body's healing potential. I also offer psycho-emotional and psycho-spiritual therapeutic guidance to address  the mental, emotional and spiritual issues that may effect and/or impede healing on all levels--Mind, Body, Spirit and Emotion. 

I may  integrate different movement practices or strategies  to ensure lasting changes within your Neuromuscular System. These may include exercises, breathwork, gait training, etc. 

I treat clients of varying ages and conditions from young children to aging adults. 

I whole-heartedly believe that our bodies are designed to repair, heal and recover from stress or injury when there is a healthy environment for these processes to occur.
